The B7V-2500 battery is a powerful rechargeable battery with a built-in temperature controller with 4 different modes (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%) and LED indicator that shows how full the battery is. The BCG-2500 dual charger charges the battery in about 6 hours and can be recharged hundreds of times. The B7V-2500 battery can be used for all our 7 volt products.
The following products are being sold with a B7V-2500 KIT included. A B7V-2500 KIT are two 7 volt batteries and one dual charger.

It is also possible to buy the 7 volt batteries and charger seperately. It might be very handy if you have some extra batteries in case for a longer stay outdoors without the possibility of recharging the batteries every day. You can use our 7 volt batteries when they are fully charged, for about 2.5 till 8 hours. This depends on the temperature setting. The lower the temperature setting, the longer they will last. Also the weather is very important in regards to the duration of the battery. If the weather gets colder you have the recharge the batteries sooner.
The Gerbing 7 volt batteries cannot be connected to any of our 12 volt products. For our 12 volt (red) collection we have three other types of batteries.
The better you take care of the batteries the longer they will last. It is very important that when you are not using the batteries, you at least charge then once a month.

This product is designed to connect 7volt products directly to the battery cable of a vehicle. This controller converts 12 volt of a vehicles battery to 7 volt of the products. With this controller you are able to use your 7 volt battery operated heated gloves or 7 volt socks without the 7 volt batteries but connected to, for instance, a motorcycle. The design of the 7volt junior controller is the same as the 12v junior controller except for the yellow 7V logo on the back of the 7volt controller. It is very important to know that it is not possible to use our 12 volt junior controller the same way. The 12 volt controller can only be used on our 12 volt gloves.
The 7volt junior controller can be used for the following items:
S-7 heated gloves
O-7 heated gloves
H-7 heated gloves
M-7 heated gloves
7volt heated socks
When you connect the 7volt gloves or socks to the junior controller you just press the round button a few seconds and the light will turn red/on. The 7volt junior controller has four different temperature settings.
Red, 100%, highest setting
Yellow, 75%
Green, 50%
Green flashing, 25%
If a blue light flashes than you have insuffient voltage. The controller is designed with last setting memory, it will automaticly recall last heat setting when reconnect to the power source. To activate this memory just disconnect the controller instead of turning it off with the button.
It is not possible to use the 7volt junior controller to other 7volt products like the 7volt heated jacket, heated handwarmer, heated seat cushion and heated back wrap.
